  • What kind of products do you sell?

We sell tailor-made products for private individuals but also for entrepreneurs. You can design and order a neon text directly via the webshop. Would you prefer a logo or other type of LED letters? Then click here for a quote. Completely without obligation of course!

  • What is the difference between acrylic neon and flex neon?

In terms of color and light intensity, there is virtually no difference between flex and acrylic neon. The production process is different for both. Flex neon is cut and pasted and acrylic neon is poured. This provides a smooth seamless finish. This also makes acrylic neon a bit more expensive. Would you like to see the difference up close?   • I would like to have my own logo/design in neon. Is that possible?

  • I have just placed an order, when will I receive a confirmation email?

If you have entered all the information correctly, you should immediately receive a confirmation email. Didn't this happen? Please contact us.

  • Where can I see the status of my order?

Create an account with us and you can easily keep track of the status of your order. Do not have an account? Then you will find a link in the confirmation email that you can click on. This will take you to the status.

  • What payment methods are there?

With us you can pay with IDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort, VISA and AMEX!

  • When will I receive a payment confirmation?

If all goes well, a payment confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address. So keep an eye on this one! Have you not received anything within half an hour? Please contact us.


  • When will I receive my neon text?

If you have purchased a text via our neon configurator, you can expect the design at the delivery address within two weeks after purchase. This can unfortunately take a little longer during the holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • When will I receive my neon logo?

When you have filled in the form to request a quote, you can expect a response from us within 48 hours with the price. If you agree to this, we will send you an invoice and as soon as it is paid, we will get started right away! After payment, you can expect it at the delivery address within 2-3 weeks. This can unfortunately take a little longer during holidays or due to force majeure.

  • How can I track my order?

In the confirmation email you receive, you can check the status of your order via a link. When your design is on its way to you, you will receive a track and trace code with which you can follow it. Can't see it? Please feel free to contact us.

  • My order arrived broken. What should I do?

How annoying that this happened! When you receive your package and it arrived defective, take photos and a video immediately without removing it from the packaging. Contact us within 3 days of receipt via info@ledletters.nl and send us the photos and video with order number. Then we will see what we can do for you!

  • I received my neon sign but changed my mind. Can I return it?

Unfortunately not. All our products are custom made to the wishes of our customers and are therefore unique. This requires a lot of time and effort. Because of this we reserve the right to exclude the Right of Withdrawal. The sale is hereby final after a successful payment.
