Returns
Ledletters only offers returns and replacements when the product arrives defective or falls within the 12-month warranty. Ledletters will do everything possible to solve the problem and can repair, replace, refund or partially refund the product. Because the products you ordered from us are custom-made, we exclude your right of withdrawal.
The final solution for defective products, including possible refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping costs, is decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the defect, and can only be assessed by Ledletters. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, who must take care of shipping himself.
LED Letters Warranty
Led letters indoor and outdoor products include a 12 month warranty that covers the electrical components only when used properly. Please be aware that signs that are not waterproof are not suitable for outdoor use and/or anywhere they could get wet or damp. Incorrect use of the neon signs voids the warranty. Solutions for defective signs will depend on the reason for the defect and will be determined between Ledletters and the purchaser.
Warranty coverage for wiring & installed neon signs
Ledletters is not responsible for any costs incurred when installing and/or removing your neon sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign experiences a suspected fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be returned to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your neon sign installed and/or do the wiring yourself, Ledletters takes no responsibility for any costs that may be associated with uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired by an electrician, it is our discretion to decide whether the occurring fault is covered by our 12 month warranty (inside boards only).
LED letters Return procedure
Please contact us at info@ledletters.nl to let us know which products you would like to return and why, and include a short video and photos of your sign. Please note we need both a video and photos for diagnosis and quality purposes. If you are unable to provide both video and photo(s) of the issue, our ability to resolve your issue will be limited. Once we have received all the necessary information, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
If a return shipment has been agreed, you must return the defective product in its original condition with the complete original packaging.
If a return has been agreed, the defective item must be returned for inspection by Ledletters within 3 days of you receiving the product.
If a replacement has been agreed, Ledletters will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
If a full or partial refund has been agreed, Ledletters will let you know when you can expect the refund.
Damaged in Transit
We recommend that you open your Ledletters package upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign is damaged during transport, Ledletters will ensure that a solution is offered.
Damage must be reported within 3 days after delivery of your Ledletters sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or defects reported after this period will follow our general return and refund policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: The delivery date is the courier's delivery date which can be found by following the directions in your tracking email.
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 3 day claim period , please email info@ledletters.net with all of the following:
- a clear photo of the damage to the board,
- a clear photo of the box and any damage to the box,
- and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs
Ledletters takes all necessary care to ensure our signs are delivered safely to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery. The customer may request opt-out of the signature on delivery directly from the shipping service once the shipping process has begun. Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of signature on delivery, Ledletters will not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages marked as 'delivered' by the shipping service.
